hello its kinoshita yuka (change font size color and transparency via the options menu) tadaa! i have 12 'sara-udon' (udon on a plate) which weighs 4.2kg and i'll be eating this today the noodles look like this and here we top it with this 'ankake' topping (thickened soup-like) these 'sara-udon' are so yummy ok i'll prep the ingredients ok i've prepped the deep fried noodles then we top it with the sauce there's so much sauce, check it out it looks so yummy will it all fit in here? tadaa, its still overflowing, it barely fits in here look, its about to overflowit looks so delicious

itadakimasu this looks so yummy ahh the fried noodles are crunching awayits packed with so much in here its going to be so delicious the noodles crackle so nicely its so very tasty and with this thick sauce/soup that is packed with veg i just can't stop eating the base flavor of the sauce is so wonderfulits also filled with seafood so good.pork snowpeas cabbage fish cake carrot shitake mushroom and i think there is squid in here

there are shrimps in here too its so good its been a while since i had this this dish is famous in nagasaki. i used to love this when i was a kid. i love it still today as well the noodles are so crisp and crunchy covered in this thick sauce its got the perfect crispness this crunch is the best part the ankake sauce is slightly on the sweet side with a very ?refreshing? salty taste omg i suddenly want to go to nagasaki this is what they're famous for i want to eatthis dish where it comes from

but i'm such a shut in, i'm always at home lol it would be so fun to go visit the toppings for this 'sara-udon' are so fabulous there are like 4 types of veg and you have seafood here such as squidshrimp also some pork its so packed with ingredients that is why the sauce is better off being so simple so that it allows the ingredients to singi'm so happy eating this right now i love the texture of the squid final mouthful itadakimasu all finished gochisosamadeshita

the nagasaki 'sara-udon' was so delicious the noodles were so crisp and covered with such asimple light sauce it was also jam packed with ingredients it made me so happy
