hello my dear ones in a new video on my channel! today's video is about losing 4 kilos in 7 days following the cabbage soup diet! this diet is easy and guaranteed and lots of celebrities use it for a fast result! however safe to mention that cause this diet is depending mostly on fibers, it is not recommended to follow it for longer periods! for those with chronic diseases, it is recommended to consult your doctor before following any kind of diet! to see if this diet is safe for you! the main component in this diet is "cabbage soup" i will be showing you soon how to make this soup! now this 7 days diet is consisted of :


day 1: all fruits of all kinds and amount and off course the soup! day 2: all veggies of all kinds and amount in addition to the soup! day 3: mix of fruits and veggies of day 1 & 2 combined in addition to the soup! day 4: our bodies will be in need of some sweets and so in day 4 you are allowed to eat up to 8 bananas with skimmed milk in addition to the soup! day 5: roasted beef, chicken or salmon in the size of you fist combined with veggies cooked or raw to your liking in addition to the soup! day 6: like day 5 day 7: brown rice about 60 gm cooked with veggies in addition to the soup! by this we covered the 7 days of this cabbage soup diet! these are the ingredients of the cabbage soup!


here you'll see the cabbage,green beans,red bell pepper,carrots,red onion,green onion,green bell pepper in addition to tomato sauce, salt and pepper! we will begin by adding some oil to the pan! we will add now the green onion! then the red onion! then the carrots! then adding the green beans! then adding the red and green bell peppers! now we add the tomato sauce! then adding the salt and pepper!


after all the ingredients are well cooked we add the chopped cabbage! this is the final result!
